In 2024 Arice Kuijpers, a Dutch entrepreneur and investor with a background in divers next level renewable energy solutions as well as former owner of a rather large Dutch Solar PV development- and EPC company (which was sold to by 3i Infrastructure Plc. owned Joulz in 2021), acquired the complete “Luxra” brand.

“I already worked together with the Luxra company since 2015 in several projects in Europe”, states Arice Kuijpers, “and because of the quality of their products & employees and their clear view on the future of the solar landscape I decided to follow the company all these years. It was amazing that the opportunity came to buy the complete company and I reacted swift with my corporate finance team to take over this legendary brand. As I strongly believe in an European quality brand for own manufacturing- as well as supervised and audited OEM produced Solar PV modules, I stepped into this company.”

As from May 2024 the company is controlled and operational under 100% ownership of the new owner. The Swiss holding remains unchanged in Switzerland, the worldwide sales, stock and shipping will be done from/ through the Dutch entity.
